Requity Homes purchases the property on your behalf, covering legal fees, land transfer taxes, and title insurance. You only pay for the home inspection.

Move In & Start Renting

You move in as a tenant. Your monthly payment covers rent (including property tax and home insurance) plus a savings component that builds toward your purchase.
